$2 PDGA Fee (waived by PDGA to go towards charity)
$2 Fee Matched by Player (to go towards charity)
25% after fees goes towards charity.
Example:
$40 Entry Fee
$2 Player Donation + $2 Waived PDGA = $4
$36 Remaining Entry Fee x 25% = $9
Total Player Donation = $13
